Undertaken for the Marymead and Project Co-Ordination this project required the installation of detailed landscaping for 84 independent living units and surrounds of the commercial building including sandstone walls and gabion retaining walls, irrigation, orchards and street furniture.
The project entailed the following:
- Over 18,000 plants and trees
- Concrete paths and common areas
- Excavation and installation of sandstone walls
- Gabion walls over 3.5 high
- Large scale irrigation
- Bitumen straw mulching
- Street furniture
